We work with various manufacturers and distributors across the world (including US, China, Hong Kong, and Europe) to source quality products at great low prices that suit you. Thus we may ship your package from our warehouses or directly from partner factories or logistics companies in the US or in the foreign lands via domestic or international carriers.

Policy for Shipping and Delivery Delay*
1. Order processing, shipping, and delivery may take extra time during busy Holiday season and for the orders shipped form China, during Chinese New Year holiday from Mid Jan to Mid Feb. (IMPORTANT: Shipment of any face masks and replacement filters will be significantly delayed due to shopping surge amid the epidemic or pandemic)
2. If you need an expedited shipping(unless already indicated in product descriptions), complete your order first and then ask for a quote for additional shipping charge; we will send you an invoice. If you agree, pay the amount and all set. We will process and send your order through express shipping.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once we have shipped your orders and while they are in transit, it is the shipping carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to your shipping address. Do not request for refund, cancellation of orders, or file a chargeback against us for the delay of delivery (Refer to our return/refund policy for more details)
Back-Ordered, Back-logged and Out-Of-Stock Items
Usual processing time of back ordered items is 1-4 weeks** from when order is placed (plus delivery time) Our staff will kindly notify you in the event of a back ordered item. You will have options to choose from: waiting, cancelling/refund, selecting an substitute item(s).
**IMPORTANT: for high demand products such as dust masks during the situation of epidemic or pandemic virus outbreak, it might take even longer processing time. We cannot cancel orders and refund money for these kinds of products, unless we can never deliver your orders.
Discontinued/Sold Out Items
If the product you ordered happens to be sold out or discontinued, we will contact you to offer a substitute product or store credit: or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order for refund.
Billing and Shipping Info Should Match (for Wholesale Orders)
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all.
Customs Taxes/Import Duties
Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries, especially for luxury items (e.g. designer bags) and are not included in the amounts shown.
